As you probably guessed I just got off the phone with David :) He is stressed but doing fine. He is sleeping better lately. He was bragging how he is up, showered, dressed, eaten breakfast and had the bathrooms cleaned before I'm even at school haha. Andrew he is excited to see you at church when you go down there :) He would like pictures of everyone ummm oh he said he "smiled and nodded" (he said Mom would know what that means??) He sends his love and prayers and he cant wait to be done.

Oh, that is so great! I will try to get my kids to write letters and draw pictures for family night tomorrow and round up some photos to send down.
I'm not sure what the smile and nod thing is, either!:) Mom, you'll have to clue us in!
Well, it would help if I knew what you were talking about when he said "smiled and nodded", but I'm sure that is his way of agreeing with some comment I made in my letters..just not sure which one. So, Miranda, if you remember what you two were talking about specifically when he said that, I can probabaly tell you exactly what that means. I mentioned you in all my letters and paid you some compliments, so he is probably saying that he agrees with me completely.
Amy's family wrote letters and drew pictures last week at FHE and he should be getting those in a few days.
Miranda, I hope you are working out your test schedule so you can come down for his graduation. I know that would mean everything to him.
I'm glad to hear he'd doing well. I can't even imagine how hard things have to be. Definitely gives new meaning to the phrase "Endure to the end". Hang in there!
We did send an evelope of letters and pictures that the kids drew. I'll see about getting together some actual photos to send soon.
Hey guys. I am in Texas now. I am not 100% sure I will see David, but probably will Sunday at church, so if anyone would like me to pass along any message or anything let me know.

He just said "Tell my mom and dad especially that i love them and everyone else too. Tell my mom I did smile and nod...she will understand"
Im still trying to talk to my teachers.. they keeping getting sick. but I should know for sure whether or not I can come down by the end of this week.
Okay, I know what he is referring to now. In my first letter, I told him that I knew that he wouldn't have much time to write to everyone and that was okay. I said: "Give Miranda any messages and I know she will pass them on--she is such a sweetheart, we all just love her (I can see you nodding your head and totally agreeing with that last sentence)", so obviously he did agree with me and said that to let me know he did. Sure hope you get to go to the graduation.
